Does not work with password managers. The transponder activation process does not work if there is already a transponder assigned to the car, making swapping transponders very difficult.

My experience of the illinois toll paying is terrible. I traveled about three days by rental car in May 2026. After finished the travel, illinois toll charged me only 7 tolls by my enrolled credit card automatically, but three weeks later, illinois toll charged $26.9 (one toll $1.9 and $25 penalty). I belive illinois toll has critical problem for missing toll and penalty. Appealed but no update at all until 7/7/2026

I have a truck with 5 axles. driving in the Midwest states. I avoid the Illinois tolls if at all possible. the rates are insane. I went on a toll road by accident and turned off asap. and got charged 45$. I just imagine the trucks that are on the toll roads all the time. they can't be making any profit.

UPDATE 7/7/26.... about 1 year already and ISSUE STILL NOT FIXED!!! Balance does not update when opening app. App users, refresh screen to get correct balance after opening app. SOMETHING WENT WRONG MESSAGE, EVERY TIME APP IS OPENED. Ridiculous! Does anyone there even bother trying to use the app?
