Are you seriously having no pass upgrade option, so ppl at the airport will be charged for standard fare first???

they make it difficult for the general public. they are rarely on time. and there is no customer service expectations when their company causes conflicts for the people, nor is there accountability. but the people will pay and suffer for there greed and tolerance.
