I just setup a emerald account and I can't login to the account I just created? It doesn't recognize my username or password. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an app. I wish I could give this zero stars. What a joke!
won't save trips / confirmation numbers.
You can't autofill credentials from a password manager. I will literally just book with someone else with better app design.

As a car rental/reservations app, is pretty good. But the constant nagging to confirm returns, etc is maddening. We have a contact. I didn't feel the need to monitor it every second in order to make YOU happy. This will be my last rental with National. I'd rather be average with anyone else, than "Executive" at National. Just go away.
100% the best. I regret any time I dont rent National. Great cars and great customer care. If emergencies come up with my travel scheduel, they are always flexible and no hassle. The one and only rental service that anyone should use! Great app as well. I never have to go outside of it for all of my many needs on the go!
not impressed with app yet. keeps logging me out, then it gives me errors when attempting to login in again. And it happens at the worst time, few minutes before pick up
This app doesn't retain my reservation information. What good is having an app for convenience if I have to put in the same information every time I log in?
The app won't install onto my Android phone. Tried four times on three different days without success. I keep seeing "Apps not responding" "Close" or "Wait" instead of the app opening up for me (and I'm an Emerald club member). Alamo installs fine. Uber eats installs fine. Taco bell installs fine. FRUSTRATING!
