use to love all your gas but now e15 your own employees told me not to buy your gas. Ill lose my warranty on my car if I use it. Spoke to car company and they said stay far away from you.

Bad- Nothing Is working. I have to call customer service in order to correct my balance for points/gal after each fill. I've been saying this for the longest now I see other users are finally experiencing this under the same circumstances. The shower status isn't working and is unusable, I can not reserve a shower unless I physically scan myRewards card inside. Same with the Reserve Prime Parking feature, it is unusable. The points/gal count is not updating after each fuel fill.

It's the worst app ever. Sick of ringing customer services about it nothing gets fixed pilot is the pits now it's updated it's even worse I have to log in every time then use my fingerprint. hello pilot it's just a fuel app not a government secret I'm accessing. i can't book team showers. if your going to change the app do something good with it ask drivers what they want. not let some 18yo sat in a back office decide get a grip

New update doesn't even let you log in. Oh brother. This app sucks. App only says something went wrong when trying to see any important info like showers, receipts, transaction history. Terrible!!! Can't use your fuel stops if you're going to short change me on showers.

Just an fyi for everyone. If you use mobile fueling you will have an account hold on what ever card you use. It is $226 on gas for auto/rv and $500 for diesel. Then you have to wait for your bank to post transaction to dispute it or even fix it. That is after you call Pilot to have them send you an email giving your bank the ok to reverse the charge. So don't use app for fueling if you need your money. Oh and they said hold on account could take 5 to 10 days to reverse on its own.
