I found this app to be very helpful, I knew nothing about it before going to Vegas. My husband & I stayed @ Mandalay Bay & on a walk while waiting to check-in happen to see Duece bus so I did some quick research. I first came across some bad reviews but good as well. I decided let's give it a try especially since the Duece comes right in front of MB. Being 50 years old & never using apps like Uber, Lyft, Doordash etc. I opted for the old fashion way especially since Uber/Lyft cost $28. 1 way

Garbage app. The personal QR Code on the main page is identical to the QR Code in separate tabs, BUT you have to use SPECIFIC tabs for the correct charge. I purchased a 24-hour pass and activated it. The QR Code is smaller on that page and didn't easily scan on the bus so I used the larger main page QR Code and was charged for the individual ride. No receipts are available to find out what and why new charges are applied to your account / credit card.

this app is supposed to be real time for my local area...not sure if it's a rtc problem for the las vegas area or app issues but the time is constantly going up when the bus should have left the turn around point instead of going down time wise.

I normally do not care about app performance, but this app was soooo bad I had to let people, and the developer, know. It is just a terrible set of links to a terrible set of websites.

RTC should be held responsible for people dying in the heat at the bus stops.. they are never on time never on schedule.

the bus on time to pickup me up . i fill safe. when riding bus I am 83 yrs old if i could i give 2 more Stars
