not user friendly
I would put zero if possible. Have been trying for weeks to get my bonus accor points from signing up to this terrible organisation. Send generic replies not answering the question, days later, then ghost. Had one response actully acknowleding that they owe me points but then ghosted on that email chain as well. Avoid.

I was denied entry at the Haneda International airport despite having valid priority pass (physical copy) with account already activated..There is no live support available on the app and customer care number was unreachable
