Was randomly invoiced for a week stay at a campground we were not at. No way to contact customer service other than email. That was a 350$ charge for camping we did not do. Hoping to hear back and get refunded.

not real happy they gave my spot away after reserving one year in advance in person. told them to lock it in and paid for the deposit at that time, but they didn't lock it in.
