Horrible user experience, requiring the ability to send notifications is unnecessary. And completely unable to add two over lapping events to my schedule. The "Add Anyway" button is completely nonfunctioning, does absolutely nothing. And makes the app completely unusable for my purposes. Tried closing and reopening, tried creating an account, even deleted and reinstalled the app. "Add Anyway" still did not function.

First time using this app since I usually dont go to conventions, and I had yet to be able to do anything with it. At first it was refusing to show any panels or events, then it asked to clear the cache so it could run better. BIG MISTAKE. It is now just closing on me, I cant even touch the guide without the app crashing. If you are in a convention that uses this? Just get a paper map, it may not had updates, but you will actually know the events are happening on the first place.

you can't add more than one thing to your schedule if the time conflicts, making this app entirely useless.

half the features dont work and won't allow me to overlap my events. the AI bot they use for costumer support is horrible. Will avoid using this app as much as possible.

does not support overlapping events, which is a pretty major bug

Add anyway feature doesn't work. The UI is very slow and sluggish.

downloaded app for AN. cannot see days other than the first day (Thursday) when I go to other days the app crashes over and over Update: developers responded fast, issue fixed thank you edit: Samsung guidebook app still broken in 2026 for AN. Cannot add events with same/overlapping time to master schedule rendering it useless.

Immediately dislike this app. trying to add events to my schedule (Anime North) and it will NOT allow me to add anything that has "conflicting times" even though it gives the option to "add anyways", renders the app useless. The whole schedule is conflicting. It's a convention.
