easy and fast
The Breeze app makes it so easy to book flights. This was my first time using the site - and it was a Breeze!!
The website is easily navigated. I tried to purchase tickets in person at the terminal on 7/7/26. what a gigantic waste of time. Only available on Tuesday, 11-1 ( middle of the day ). waited 2 hours, at 1:07 I was literally at the desk face to face and was told by the manager that she wasn't doing anymore people . she wasn't allowed to sell anymore tickets after 1pm! She was rude and very condescending! I stood in that line with 3 children, one was a 12 month old baby for 2 hours .PISSED
Lost my bag and have no customer service/grievance line. Just something akin to an AI chat where they tell you we can't do anything and then route you to another team within the same number text. I can go on about how awful the flight experience was but at this point its just an outright inconvenience to have lost all of my items without recourse, any effort to locate the missing bag nor compensation for the missing items within. NC legislature should mandate airlines have customer service lines
