These guys are fantastic. I don't usually do this, but I was going through emails and came across their invoice. It reminded me of how professional this operation is. This company is legit. This service works exactly as promised. I've had such a pleasant experience trying this outfit out, it is important to share. I've found it's incredibly easy in this country to run into operations that can't find it with two hands. This company is not one of those. My remote valet Christian was all class.

Uninstalled. it can't get into my gated community so it's useless to me.
there's no way I could have done that via Rideshare for 20 bucks. that would have been $25 each way plus a tip!!
I have used vay many times but due to their lack of accountability and apparently no managers or supervisors if any kind, when their vehicle failed to work and their employee failed to come unlock the car, my personal property is all at risk. my last phonecall I was told its not her job to care. the way the business is run means I cant trust them. this will be my last experience with vay as they do not care about losing customers. good thing I can tell every client I have to be very careful
