customer service doesn't exist for this app. use it at your own risk! the app is buggy, can fail anytime and won't recognize the parking spot. when escalated, got no response from the customer service.
it was convenient and fun
used this app and service just fine in the past but suddenly tonight getting only 419 error codes and payments never worked all evening. RIP my legs and uninstalling this useless app now
Bad experience. Most scooters didn't work, and the money got charged anyway.
Birds that are damaged but have no QR Code cannot be reported. Thus the bird at 270 N Vermont Ave in LA sits and never gets fixed.

Not accepting any visa-debit cards or even credit cards with high credit limits. It's something that the developers did, because when I used this app in 2020 it was accepting every card out there except USA issued credit cards. It's gotten worse since then. They are denying Canadian issued cards as well. If you ask them, they don't know what the problem is either, but they won't bother fixing it knowing that it is less profits for them. NO I will NOT use Google Pay.
worst scooter app of all, every scooter is broken and app is also broken in so many ways. Also the most expensive option, dont bother, Lime is better in every way
the most misleading malfunctioning and over priced transit in Edmonton... I regret this for rest of my life
Location not working and can't park scooter on the registered location... Still getting charged after ride!
