app is great, wish there were more filter options but overall has been a helpful tool
The app itself is ok but I've messaged around 20 different places trying to get my husband a place to stay while he's working out of state and only 3 have messaged back and those have been very hit and miss even.
Not use what is going on but this app no longer provide unmatched leads. I went from seeing multiple unmatched leads daily for a couple of years, to zero in over a month. I called, they say there is no issue, just slow. But I see others complaining about this as well. So there was a change somewhere.
No way to share the FF calendar with other platforms, the UI is unsophisticsted but it works.
their app is very hard to use. when you ask for customer service they .act like they are going out of their way to help you in our very frustrated that you even ask for help
No tenant yet, months after registration that came with a deposit of $199. what's going on?
Dashboard is not a dashboard.
great app, I travel for work and use it often! can rent fully furnished utilities included for less than you can rent an empty house for.. 10/10 would recommend
Furnished Finder produces consistent inquiries from traveling professionals. Tools available through the platform make it easy to check the applicant's background and spin up a state-specific lease. Customer service is very responsive and supports new customers very effectively throughout the onboarding process! I wouldn't trade the service, information, and structure for attempting to rent my property independently. Recommend for owners who want results.
I get 5+ housing "lead" emails a day, seemingly every time some one makes a new account in my area. There is no way to turn off the daily emails (confirmed by customer support) so I've had to swap my account to my spam email address. Now if someone actually reaches out to request my house, I won't see the notification. So dumb.
