You cannot search by line or route anymore, only by station. It is hard to tell which direction a bus is going when approaching a stop because the only indicator is an arrow, not a written which direction. Everything feels so overcomplicated that it is disrupting the app's utility which is the whole point.

Refreshing bus stop and strain station scheduling very sluggish and often takes forever to update, most of the time after bus or train had already take off. I have missed too many rides as a result. MTA's poor services has spread into its app development.

App was working fine until the most recent update now the app does not even start It shows a blank screen and nothing happens. OnePlus BE2026

NO NEED FOR ACCESS A RIDE USERS TO USE THIS APP!! A few months ago you made the app difficult for people with limited hand mobility by adding extra steps to get to the AAR part, now the there's no need for the app. when you click AAR on the app it opens up in your browser. So I just saved the page on my phone and deleted the app.

has issues when you try to report issues using the chat. it asks you one question at a time and a certain points it won't let you answer the question. I preferred when you could just shoot a text with the important information.
