I can't recommend this ride share app for people to use. I request for a ride an hour before I need to be at work. Sometimes an hour and ten minutes (ex: 8:50am supposed to arrive to work by 10am), well the app is so unreliable that you get swapped over to from your initial driver that is a fifteen minutes to thirty minutes away to a driver that is two hours away instead. how ridiculous is that?! I end up just calling an Uber instead. This week has been the most ridiculous! Too frequent!

this app not reliable if you need a ride to work stay away from this app. Your best bet to use Uber.

Would not be using this if it wasn't the cheapest around. Wait times vary wildly. Patience of the driver also varies wildly. Even which driver is assigned to you varies wildly -- WITHIN THE SAME WAITING PERIOD, sometimes even changing how long you have to wait! Gives me a heart attack sometimes... I wish ETA was more precise, at the very least.

the app has location access yet will not schedule a ride. cannot get help from scout employees.

The app will drain your phone battery while you wait more than 2 hours for a pick up...the drivers are great .. this is not a reliable service. Seminole County really screwed the people on this.

I've been canceled on twice in the span of almost an hour, and the wait times for drivers or even being assigned a driver can be absolutely ridiculous. The only grace is that the route I use is $1.50 each way. This is by no means a viable substitute for the buses. Seminole County, put the Lynx buses back.
