It is actually one of the best taxi/ delivery apps I've used. Firstly, because of the pricing, secondly, their service and support are top notch. One time, I ordered a taxi, and the cab wanted more than the fare that was on the app, and when I did report that behavior they replied immediately and sent me back the money I gave to the app wallet, and another time when I ordered food there was problem with my order they sent me a discount for it

Hey baly, i just wrote this to let you know something. I used baly from airport, the driver called me to come upstairs, then he picked me up there and canceld the order, he said it's b....sht. He asked me to pay more which i have to pay as baly said 15500iqd, i dont have to pay 4000 more IQD. This is car number ة 87451 سلام جبار صدام

هاي اخر مرة استخدم هالتطبيق الفاشل لا تعامل لا اسلوب واني استخدمه بشكل يومي ، مشكلة الخرائط مدتنحل ابد صارلي من العام ابلغ عنها ودتسبب مشاكل مع السائق العنوان نختاره مضبوط وصحيح بس يظهر للسائق بغير اسم +الاشهر الاخيرة صارت الاسعار مرتفعه مقارنة بالتكسي العادي اللي صار ارخص،اطلب بلس وسوبر تجيني سيارات تعبانة وسخة وبدون تكييف اقدملهم شكوى كل شي ما يسوون ردود آلية وتنرفع للفريق المختص ووعود كاذبة بالحل ، يستقطع مبلغ الرحلة من بطاقتي ويخلوني ادفع نقد و مايرجعولي المبلغ على اساس عندهم خلل وتكرر هالشي
