used to worked well, but this new version is very bad & frustrating. I couldn't get any result from my flight search. after waited for 2-3 minutes , it then displayed " sorry, something went wrong..."

constant connection issues. Having to do an uninstall & reinstall since auto updated the day before. Reported a bug.

The app has added a layer if security which does not work!! I've asked for a new "1 time pin" about 10 times....and received nothing. Does KLM want my business????? It would appear not.

I'd rate it negative points if possible. Customer Service is almost inexistent, it's almost impossible to reach out to humans and when possible, service is the worst. After having my flight cancelled, the agent on the WhatsApp told me to either accept a 3 stops flight (+1 day for a 3h direct flight) of nothing could be done besides asking for a refund, which is very hard to get. after trying to call for over 30 min, I finally got someone willing to help, and got me a proper flight. Worst company

completely useless. Flight search doesn't work. Keeps asking for password updates, codes, Surveys, whatever - but doesn't let you do anything actually...

The "share your feedback" button doesn't work. The app didn't show the seating chart during check in, it just said "something went wrong". Units of measurement (for baggage allowance) were imperial, and there doesn't seem to be any way to set those to metric (my country is set to the Netherlands).

App jams up at payment, wont allow you to pay then airfare increases while trying to pay. finally get to pay then ticket comes through as awaiting payment. have to pay twice, then terrible process to try and get refund. dont use this app for ticket purchases.

After installing, I never manages to log in. I entered my credentials, but the button to login stays greyed out. I also tried to login with my FFnumber, the button to login is blue, but after pressing it nothing happens.
