saves you alot of money and great pick of places
It's really worth it.
While the app is nice, and useful, it has some glaring issues. I was triying to go to a specific exhibit where the facility was offered, but the exhibit was not, requiring a seperate fee AND a reservation. The app needs to do a better job of communicating situations like this. I might not have used the app if it had been honest and up front.

Great app, but beware the group deals. There’s zero wiggle room for real-life hiccups. @CityPASS works fine until you actually need customer service to help. A company is truly tested by how they handle issues, not just how they take payments. I hope to see better customer support policies and customer service representatives in the future!

Absolutely trash!! It keeps forgetting my purchase and I keep having to go back through my confirmation email to get it to show up
the app itself struggles when trying to scan the barcode in, it keeps treating 1 barcode like 2 and never gives me the option to manually type in the info
