Take you through a lot just to reset your password. Instead of giving a temp password that do not work, why not let the account holder reset the password on the spot. I can't even reset my password to access my account

never works. I can't even log in. I just wanted an easy way to pay the tolls and the app never ever ever works. and I can't log in on the website either.

The app offers no special features the website doesn't. I was hoping to see an easy way to dispute charges, when my transponder isn't read for whatever reason, as it happens a couple times a year, especially in NJ/NY area...

please make app notifications available. there are none. push notifications. or text notifications for transactions. waiting days to send us an email. smh
