i really enjoyed the app I mostly just downloaded it to fix the speed😭 but Iver from that it's a really good app U should try it for sure I think I would like it👍👍👍🤩🤩

when charging the scooter, the bike will beep. then it will continuously beep every now and then as charge drains out and the bike tops up again. there is no way to disable this behavior according to support. don't recommend ninebot due to this as the bike will beep constantly.

Bought a ninebot max g3, It started making noice from rear wheel after first week. and you have to ride it like few minutes till the sound appears, so first week i have not noticed any things as i have not ridden that for long. Sound starts after ~5 minutes and became worse by the time. It feels like i have received a faulty product out of the box.

The features it provides are really good, but is absolutely watered down with an abhorrent app experience. Only works every second time I used it, and recently just glitched my scooter (Error 10). Was able to fix it by force restarting it but imagine something like that happening in the middle of nowhere. Good scooter, absolutely terrible app.
