I've been using this app for the past few years but this weekend you have a bug. I have removed and reinstalled the app and I'm still having issues. When I go to book an offer, it just stays on the loading page. It looks like it's skipping on the loading page, something with the biometrics. I have cleared the cache and storage and the problem still persists, so it's on your end. Please advise. I'll remove the review once the bug is fixed. Thanks.
biometric sign in doesn't work. UPDATE 7/2/26 still buggy and log in doesn't work!
The only page that opens is home. I've uninstalled and that didn't help.
DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS CREDIT CARD. THEY WONT HELP WITH FEES AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THEY BLAME THE BANK THEN THE BANK BLAMES ON CAESARS REWARDS. THEYRE SCAMMERS AT THIS POINT.

app is down and not working last 2 days, cant view offers or my account. no updates needed on my end and ive logged out and uninstalled and still doesn't work, cant book a stay either
I enjoy access to everything this app has to offer . for some reason parts of this app are not working anymore . I cannot see my rewards or offers or even my account which is very concerning. they were working fine a week ago and then I did an update on the 18th and boom all the things I mentioned are blank screens. yes I've logged out and back in and yes I rebooted my phone . still the same . can you all help me figure out what is going on. as I use this app alot for all my trips to NC.

Poor user interface. Cannot get the information I want to see. Most functions route you to their website then you have to log in again. Support does not answer. MGM is far better, especially with customer service.
