easy and convenient
It takes a little time to navigate the format so I guess it could be a little more user friendly. Once you've got it down it gets easier to manage. The application definitely has all the information you need prior to boarding and while on the ship so it is absolutely knowledgeable and helpful.

Crucial app for boarding that handles most things well. My main issue is that the chat function is hidden until departure. Please communicate this clearly! Not knowing there is a free way to message loved ones without buying a Wi-Fi package creates a lot of stress. Once it unlocks after the safety drill, chat works great, though the Android version has a bug where group chats don't update unless you constantly clear the cache, which is stressful too
Some menus or pages require me to completely close the app as no "X" is visible on my Pixel 9 Pro, and back doesn't work. Other than that, the app is useful and informative for cruise purchases, details and check in. I will say the web version has more functionality in certain cases than the app, and if your app isn't giving you an option, it's likely available on the browser version. Looking forward to seeing how the app functions on the cruise.

Easy to use and fast
for excursions: can you guys make the "day" of the cruise show up on excursions when I add them to the cart. after I add them they disappear for the day and it's hard to check. ETA: on the daily program docking times would be nice. it's annoying to go back a forth between the program and agenda. also, it'd be nice to favorite things I'm interested in doing, and those things get added to my agenda.
