The app is very clunky and not user friendly company to Airbnb app. My biggest issue is the messaging feature. When I write my host a note it alerts me there is a new message in my email and as a notification. Also it won't allow pictures to be sent to the host. Also, it blocks information like email addresses in the messages. Super annoying. This may be enough to keep me from using VRBO again in the future.
very difficult to manage your booking and saved property. impossible to delete things you don't want. after many tries I could not confirm my mobile number.

Extremely glitchy! Was charged twice for a booking when the page froze on the payment and it was refreshed. Money is gone from my account and the booking isn't even showing up. Virtual chat 'help' extremly unhelpful

This experience has been by far the worse ever, the host dosent call back to resolve an issue he only left and kept leaving a basic generic message that he sends to everyone he booked, the room was dirty and in very bad condition it was very run down, holes in the walls, leaking from the ceiling, the lock for the front door was falling apart and it had roaches I managed to kill one and the other 2 got away under the bed, this has been the worse hotel Ive ever stayed in and will NEVER return
this app has a lot of usability problems. every time I open it it tells me I have a new message and it's my own message or the one from my host that I read several days ago. then there's sending the message. every time I use it, the keyboard opens up over the message field. And honestly, it's just a clunky user interface. I ended up making my reservation from a PC because I found trying to sort through my options in the app to be time consuming. I'm still on vacation, we'll see how it wraps
Horrible. Like playing Russian Roulette with fraud, misrepresented pictures, details of property false or horrible surroundings. Terrible customer service. Won't refund your money and getting an Attorney is too expensive. A Monopoly with Air B&B. Both are crooks. Not worth the money you're likely to lose if they scam you. Many terrible reviews by ripped off customers.
I attempted to make my 1at reservation & was unable to. I gave my credit card info when attempting to make the reservation & then immediately multiple pending charges hit the card. I was never informed that the room or site was still available. I received no help from customer service. Accordingly , I'm contesting the pending charges through my credit card company
Run from this company. I booked and paid through VRBO, then a third‑party site demanded my credit card and personal info again outside the app. VRBO warns not to do this, yet they allow hosts to use outside systems that expose guests to fraud risks. This experience showed me VRBO isn’t protecting consumers anymore, and it will be my last time using them. look it up and confirm it yourself if you don't believe me, but great news Airbnb has the complete opposite policy! .
