I got a "your connection is impossible" message and talked to a human at the train station. they said I can get on any train due to that issue. by any train they mean, any train on that same line you're booked to with the same DB company. critical information!!! got on a different train.. pheeew. nope. unfortunately their time tables and what the app says nothing lines up. I have more to say but soon to exceed my 500 character limit. I don't like to be a whiny American but get it together DB!

even in english mode some important information is still presented in German.

gives an AI telephone service which references Subpages of the DB website, which do not exist. if you call a regional number, they forward there too.

The Updates are not actual. I had the experience where the time that was stated on this app was "on-time" but it is actually not. i waited for 2 hours for my ride. i also had an experience where i waited for the bus to arrive on the said Haltestelle, but that Haltestelle was skipped. This is an update: You should find a way on how to update the users of this app. There are too many delays and canceled Trips that the people are not informed of.

Irgendwas ist seit dem letzten Update nachhaltig kaputt. Beim Bookmarken von Verbindungen kommt das Web Widget zum Login, und dann eine "Etwas ist schiefgelaufen" Seite. Zurück in der App ist natürlich nichts bookmarked. Reproduzierbar. Eingeloggt bin ich korrekt, denn im Web Widget kann ich noch Bookmarks anlegen, aber solange die nicht in der App sind, gibt's keine Benachrichtigungen bei Verspätung. Mir graust es schon vor August, wo die Verlängerung des D-Tickets ansteht...
