try to open app and kicks out to "update availibl." do to update and it goes back to "open app."
Says I'm logged in but need to log out and log back in frequently. Past reservations don't load on the app, but show on the website. None of my nights or points have been awarded for stays this year. Customer service forms have an error so you can't ever submit.
can't access account info. just spins. I have to use the website anyway so why would I waste space on my phone with this app. uninstalling now
When it works it is great. Currently I i have not been able to log in on the app for 2 weeks. It is rather annoying. Changing my rating to 1 star. the app only works after I call the hotel and make a reservation. The app itself will not allow me to make any reservations.

update to my review from December 2022, it is now june 2026 and it is still the worst hotel app out there.everytime in open it and do the capcha if crashes. Nothing works. more often than not i book at other hotels because of how bad this app performs. I stay at hotels 200+ days a year for work and they miss out on more than half of those just because of the app
app looks good, but it wasn't really clear how many points I had until I tried to look for a hotel. 2 stars because I'm looking for a hotel in Jackson Mississippi, but the search will only give me options on the coast.
Killing me smalls, I have a pixel 10, brand new. 5Guw full bars, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. For the past 3 days I have not been able to get a room, it took 15min for the app to load the city I am in.
The app will not allow me to log in. It keeps telling me there was an error and to retry submitting the form. I've done that many times, even force stopping the app and trying again. I then tried looking up my reservation with my login credentials (tried email and rewards number), and it tells me I entered an invalid username and password! Both are definitely correct, as it's what I use to log on to the website, so it's definitely a glitch in the app. Waste of space on my phone. Deleting.
