I've played the game about 3 days. I downloaded it for another game to get points. within moments of joining an alliance I got spammed with accounts asking me to join discord. some how I am muted for 1093 days and I only found out when I tried to message in the alliance chat!?! I have had no notification or explanation and "Customer service" aka useless ai assistant does not help at all and you can't speak to a real person. raising a ticket seems non existent too.

Been playing for over a year now. Game is really great, but tired of the events that are a total pay to win. any f2p wont be able to even participate as it grants you prizes accoding to your purchases. And really feels like it lures you just anywhere to put your money in. You can avoid it though, but its eeeeverywhere.

Given 3* as i do love this game but there constantly issues..eg the game crashed 5mins ago and totally not loading. patching/maintenance yesterday and issues less then 24hrs after. daily issues constantly states "new version available" when I swap to another castle. Events are becoming repetitive and unless you want to spend 1000s the people you get paired against are way to strong to win anything. castle skins/ambience/marches all outdated unless you spend 1000s.

the tutorial is one of the most annoying things about this game, GIVE A SKIP TUTORIAL OPTION (especially if you can make another character in each realm and you give the full tutorial EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!) the match 3 puzzles are fun though

i don't know why they have fake/wrong advertisement. Got the game from a survey app. But I am stuck with the game. Initial gameplay is very childish, I would suggest moving beyond a few levels before actually judging the game. gameplay is very in-depth for a mobile game. I feel better than COC because here they have speedups for upgrading which COC lacked. Lastly don't believe in ads. it's a good game

ai said not an MMO, single player with some pvp aspect, when you join an alliance and rally to steal others resources, umm it falls under MMO,another who has the biggest bank account dominates. got to camp 4 saw nothing of what the ads show.

The game is not as per the advertisement. I have watched the advertisement and downloaded it but it is totally different. I am fully dissatisfied.
