Developers are so disconnected from the players and only care about big spenders. Support is completely useless and send blanket answers to every question. they expect you to take a screenshot knowing exactly what's going to go wrong when it goes wrong and before it goes wrong that way you can send them proof if you have anything happen on the game.

انخفاض واضح في إنتاج الموارد بعد التحديثات الأخيرة دون أي توضيح. ملاحظات التحديث غامضة ومبهمة. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء ومضت 48 ساعة بلا رد. لعبة تطلب إنفاقاً مستمراً لكنها لا تحترم اللاعب ولا تسمع شكاواه. Clear drop in resource production after recent updates with no explanation. Patch notes are vague and misleading. Contacted support 48+ hours ago with no real response. A game that demands constant spending should at least respect its players and address their concerns.

if you spend even a $1, your entire experience will change. I had fun right up until that point. the second you do, youre in their algorithms and theyre going to try and take it all. trash.

this game is basically a bullying simulator. there is no way for weaker players and alliances to defeat stronger players and alliances so it is just a giant hierarchy of punching down. on the plus side you can play free without seeing a single ad and can advance almost as far as the big spenders, albeit at a lower rate. it also has a nice chat translation so you can communicate with players around the world, and there are lots of countries that play.
