app is garbage. Android version can't pull up my boarding pass and asks me to keep checking in, eventhough I already did and currently in a layover and wanted to see the gate. terrible app
Worst app ever. It fails to show the boarding passes right before boarding. And in general it shows Bad Request about 40% of the times I bought a flex ticket which is significantly more expensive because allows changes. Still, doing the change costs as much as just buying new tickets. Everyday worse.
this is the most awful airline app I have ever used. I was never able to find my boarding passes, transfer gates, or luggage carousel numbers. The Avianca employees told me that the app rarely works and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The app needs to be rewritten , starting from line one of the code. A simple app that works is better than a complicated app that doesn't work.
If you want to know what gate your plane is at or if your flight has been delayed the App is NO help at all. You get one chance to screenshot your boarding pass or save it to your Google Wallet, but after that one time good luck ever finding your boarding pass in the App again. Worst airlines App that I've ever used and I travel often with different airlines. The airline itself is fine, but the App is garbage, I would prefer another airline because the App is so worthless.
Desde la última actualización no he podido agregar mí viaje y los canales de atención son terribles de ineficientes.
la idea de no poder cambiar moneda y solo poder pesos o dolares es no darle una oportunidad que los clientes sepan cuanto esta pagando.
Excelente, notifican todo respecto al viaje, inclusive los retrasos o cambios, es fácil de usar y no se pierde el tiempo al buscar información concreta, gracias Avianca.

Looks like they have cartel with AirEuropa to keep prices to LA insane. That's a real crime what they do.
the worst airline, the app glitches and changed the dates of my booking, my great grandmother passed away so I traveled as an emergency and it was plan from Sat 9 may, to Wed 13 may, I realized today when I woke up, apparently I lost "my flight", I called 10 times and every time they hung up on me, I recorded the call!!! promise this will go viral
