Extremely glitchy app, shows completely different flight availability than the website and will not allow bookings to go through. Repeatedly crashes, or takes incredibly long to load, or never loads at all

Navan didn't inform of need for ETN when passing through EDI, almost got denied entry. Flight change options are odd, new tickets online can be cheaper than all of the change flight prices through Navan.

I used Navan while working at two different companies. All of my colleagues hate the app and the service with passion. You cannot chose seats, so you get a middle row at the back. Making flight changes is very hard. If you cancel the flight (because you can't make changes), your company loses the money, because the credits towards future flights cannot be easily applied, so they just expire after a year. Customer service is not great. And the ads that Navan runs on social media are misleading.

I was looking at flights the app booked one I didn't want. Now I'm fighting with the airline to cancel the ticket.

The most infuriating app I have ever used. Tried to book a return rail ticket and despite setting the departure and return dates to be the same, it always defaults to returning the next day. If you try to set it again, the "leave by" time is set to be the same on outbound and return for no reason. Trying to set seat preferences is so hit and miss it's like playing the worst gambling game ever. Does this company even do QA on their app?

when I sign in with okta. it says to download the mobile app and links to the play store. When I click open it then asks me to sign in. I can't because we log in via okta. I had to request the desktop site which was bad. The flights when searching for personal travel were more expensive than Google flights

On Oppo Find N6, keeps prompting every few days that Navan is draining battery behind the background despite restricting the usage. get it fixed!

the app is good, easy access. however if im mostly using this for work arent ready to travel personally, then what is the purpose of obtaining points that will expire before I am ready or have time to take a personal trip.
