Not all being reported as top tier are actually top tiered gas stations and there is no way to report the error. It could be that they used to be top tier gas stations but were bought by another company.

Why are only Shell stations shown for Kingston but not Esso, Petro Canada and Canadian Tire. Did they not agree to testing?
