I've been using this app for about 7 years now, mostly with a 2019 Crosstrek and I seldom had any issues. I sold my Crosstrek and replaced it with a 2026 Outback. Remote commands now seldom work. The Outback is parked in the same spot my Crosstrek was, but I can seldom start it or do anything remotely. I've called Subaru twice now and went back to the dealership. When they have me try it, it works, but then when I need it, it doesn't. Very frustrated especially since it's an expensive subscriptn

I absolutely love my remote start in the winter. I have to park way out in a parking lot at work, and sometimes I get out of work late at night. I feel a lot more secure in the fact that when I start my car, all the lights come on. So, unless they're by my car, nobody knows whether there's somebody in it. There's a little security in that thought. Also, being able to set all of the controls, such as the defroster and temperatures through the remote is very. I am extremely happy with this app.

my message notification goes off right after I start the car. every single time! no matter what I do I can't stop it.

takes at least 30 seconds to start vehicle. it's always telling me my windows are down when they are not.
