How could it be worse? I have been trying for an hour to see the tickets I bought but there is no option to see it. You click on account and you can only update your details. The app provides no relevant information that anyone would want. It should not be this hard. I am worried I won't be able to get in with this junk app

impossible to use. when u attempt to login, it sends a validation code to your email, but switch windows and you have to go through the cycle again. very frustrating!

The app itself isn't bad, 4 stars overall, but minus three stars for corruption puts it 1 star. If I could take another star away for giving fake peace prizes to warmongers then I would, but I can't, so 1 star it is... but they deserve zero, zilch, nada, nothing, jack, niks.

very slow to navigate around, even on a flagship phone and stable WiFi - just bloated with unnecessary animations and filler. The world cup hasn't even started yet so if it's slow being its being load tested, I won't be using it for the world cup.

I can't login via Google to tickets because the app does not meet Google standards. I attempt to login with my email and the six digit code is sent to me. When I swap to my email to get the code, the app then refreshes back to the home screen. I can never login. This must be fixed before the games start. How the hell am I supposed to show my tickets at a game if I can't login to the ticket section? Honestly, I'd give this app a zero if I could. it should not have been released yet.

Always gaslighting, corrupt FIFA say "within a few minutes" for their ticket queue. Why are you lying directly to all of us? Sad that some companies have to lie and cheat to succeed. Just be honest once FIFA... Maybe don't try to use webview embedded browser in your trash app because people have different default browsers. I didn't think FIFA was this dumb but I learn something every day.

Worthless! Sums it up right there. Tickets are not showing up in the app. Worst customer service in history. If I would've known the experience was going to be like this I never would have bought tickets.
