I downloaded this app but I forgot i already had an account, and I forgot my password. I did it through an email link. I tried to change my password but my keyboard comes up then goes away in an instant. This app is too glitchy.

please fix this app. ltem search is awful you never get the right answer no matter how you describe the item. App is a dinosaur very slow.
