only can connect to one ear most of the time, a $20 pair of wireless has more features and less bull to deal with like downloading a whole app just to get a pair of headphones to only half work

the bose app is one of the worst optimized soung app out there, its takes forever to start when in an area of poor network.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Got it to connect to my earbuds first time and doesn't work anymore. Been force stopping the app, clearing cache, and retrying for over an hour. Great earbuds, awful app technology.

Can't disable touch controls. The touch controls are so sensitive that turning my head, coughing or chewing or pushing my hair behind my ear pauses my audio and turns off quiet mode. The app NEEDS this setting like a man dying of thirst needs water. The earbuds are wildly oversensitive to any kind of movement or touch Update: I got so frustrated with the app and the poor quality of the earbuds that I threw them away, deleted the app and bought Raycons with no touch control instead.
